How to use.
To prepare the mask: 1 tsp l. dilute the powder with water to obtain a paste. Apply the mixture to the necessary area of the skin, for example, the face, neck, décolleté, hands, scalp or hair. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes as a mask, then wash it off with warm water. If necessary, wipe the skin with tonic and apply a nourishing cream.
To prepare the decoction: pour 1 tbsp. l. powder with water (500 ml), bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes. Leave to infuse for 3-5 hours. Strain.
To prepare the tincture: pour 1 tbsp. l. powder with warm water (500 ml) and leave overnight. Strain. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days. Use for washing, wiping skin, rinsing hair after washing. If necessary, make lotions on problem areas of the skin. It can be used together with other Ayurvedic powders to make the effect of use even more pronounced.
