Return Conditions
- You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with seals and labels intact (if applicable).
- Returns are accepted only after prior approval from our customer service team.
Non-returnable Products
According to Ukrainian consumer protection laws, the following items cannot be returned:
- Food products (e.g., tea, spices, sweets)
- Cosmetic and hygiene items if packaging is opened
- Ayurvedic and medicinal products
How to Request a Return?
- Contact us via phone, email, or messenger.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm the return address (typically a Nova Poshta branch).
Who Covers Return Shipping?
If the item was sent in error or has a manufacturing defect — we cover the return shipping. In all other cases — shipping costs are covered by the customer.
