They are not dried immediately, but pre-soaked in water to free the pericarp, and then exposed for 8-10 days under bright sunlight to dry. Sometimes drying takes place without preparation, and then this process is stretched. Ready pepper is whitish peas with a yellowish filling. White pepper is more aromatic than black pepper, but the taste is less hot. It is used for its intended purpose - spice, instead of black pepper. Do not put your ego in sweet dishes and liquids. It is believed that this type of pepper is best suited to dishes made from boiled meat and dough. It can be used both ground and whole. Do not use more than one gram per serving.
