Masala Chai Everest is a dry spice intended for the preparation of warming tea at home with a distinctive spicy aroma. The drink is prepared on the basis of Indian black tea. The rest of the components are selected in the package in the original proportions.
Composition
o ground black pepper
o anise seeds
o ground cinnamon
o ground cardamom
o ground ginger
o ground cloves
o star anise.
This is one of the variants of real Indian masala tea (masala means spices). The peculiarity of this tea with spices is that it is brewed in milk.
Method of preparation
In addition to the spice mixture itself, the following ingredients will be needed:
o 400 ml of water
o 200 ml of milk
o sugar to taste
o 3 tsp/spoon of Indian fine-leaf black tea.
Heat the water, pour it into a saucepan, mix with sugar and Masala tea. Bring to a boil, then add tea leaves and milk. Then boil over low heat for a few more minutes, let it infuse. The resulting drink has a warming effect and perfectly restores strength.
