Recommendations for use: a dietary supplement to the diet, which can be recommended for general strengthening of the body, Sitopaladi churn is used as an auxiliary agent for bronchitis, colds, tuberculosis, flu, cough, contributes to the normalization of the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.
Recommended use: 1-2 teaspoons each for adults and children after 12 years of age. 1-2 times a day, 20 minutes before meals, with water. The duration of use is 20-30 days.

Sytopalada churn is used for bronchitis, colds, tuberculosis, flu, cough, mainly in infancy and childhood, together with Agastya Haritaka avalekhya (1/3 – 1/4 teaspoon two to three times a day).
It can be used with elevated body temperature on its own, or together with Kutajarishta (2 teaspoons two to three times a day)
After childbirth, it is taken together with Dasamularishta (2-3 teaspoons two to three times a day for three weeks).
Sitopalada Churna is also used for hemorrhagic diatheses and as a children's tonic that improves the formation of tissues in the child's body (together with Chiavanprash).
The main effect of the drug: consists in the prevention and treatment of colds caused by hypothermia and accompanied by cough and high temperature. Sitopalady Churna is one of the best Ayurvedic drugs for the treatment of various acute and chronic diseases of the broncho-pulmonary system. Having a pleasant lollipop taste, the drug perfectly tones and cleanses the lungs of excess mucus, while quickly relieving acute infectious processes. Also, the drug can be used as a prevention and auxiliary treatment of tuberculosis and bronchial asthma. In addition, the reception of Sitopalada Churna together with some other drugs by pregnant women eliminates the threat of miscarriage, and after childbirth, the function of the uterus and appendages is quickly normalized. While taking the drug, spicy food, daytime sleep, late recovery, heavy and oily food are prohibited.
