Recommendations for use: a dietary supplement to the diet, which can be recommended for general strengthening of the body, helps to improve the work of the musculoskeletal system. It is recommended to follow a balanced diet, limit animal fats, sugar, sweets, alcohol.

The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a full-fledged diet.

Method of use: 2-4 tab. together with warm water for 1-2 years. per day.

Recommended use: adults and children over 12 years old. The duration of use is 20-30 days.

It is not recommended to take guggul-containing preparations during pregnancy, lactation, or with diseases affecting the hormonal background, because guggul can have the properties of hormonal estrogen in the body. For this reason, you cannot take guggul-containing drugs together with drugs that contain the hormone estrogen or stimulate its production.

In case of thyroid disorders, guggul-containing drugs can be taken only after individual consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor.

Guggul should not be taken for 2 weeks after surgery, as the risk of bleeding increases when taking it.

When taking high doses of guggul the following side effects may occur: nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, headaches. Guggul can cause an allergic reaction expressed by every itch.
