Massage: apply a few drops of warmed oil to the fingertips and rub into the skin with light massaging movements.
Massage of dry skin of hands. Take 1 teaspoon each of shea, calendula, and walnut oils, heat in a water bath to 37–38 °C and mix thoroughly. Massage the mixture into the skin of the hands and fingers. Remove excess with a napkin.
Nourishing and toning mask for dry skin. Take equal parts yolk and lemon peel powder, mix and grind well, leave in a closed container for 15 minutes. Then add 1 teaspoon each of shea butter and walnut oil and mix thoroughly. Apply the mixture to the skin in a thick layer and leave to dry. Then remove the mask and make a cold compress.
A mask for acne. Thoroughly mix 100 ml of shea butter, 100 g of honey, 1 g of salicylic acid, 1 tablespoon of walnut oil. Apply the mixture to clean skin for 15-20 minutes, then wash off with warm water. The procedure is carried out before going to bed. Store the mixture in the refrigerator.
