Aromatnye masala incenses of the firm Hem!

Plumeria, or Frangipani - a genus of flowering tropical trees and shrubs of the kurtovye family, which includes 7-8 species. Homeland - Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, South America, Brazil. From there, plumeria spread to all tropical regions of the world. Plumeria is widespread in South and Southeast Asia. Mentions of incense are found in the Bible and the Koran. Aromatic substances were highly valued by the ancient Egyptians, Romans and Greeks, their value was compared to precious stones.

Today, we often use incense to create a favorable atmosphere at home and at work. However, in addition to a good, relaxing atmosphere, aromatic substances are also capable of influencing our mood, general state of health, activity, behavior, energy, and luck in business. In other words, if you know what effect this or that fragrance has, you can correct the negative and increase the positive.

In Indian mythology, it is said about Plumeria: "Hey, champa, you have three qualities - color, beauty and fragrance, the only thing you lack is that butterflies never sit on you" and "The beauty of champa is comparable to the beauty of Radha, wife Krishnas, moths are Krishna's servants and therefore do not sit on the champa."
Such aromas include the aroma of tea tree, lemon balm, chamomile, sandalwood, geranium, vanilla.

Stimulants (stimulating our activity, improving our attentiveness, improving performance). These aromas include the aroma of lemon, tangerine, orange, magnolia, cinnamon, rosemary, cedar. Such aromas include the aromas of juniper, rose, sage, almond, incense, and cloves.

Adaptogens (normalizing the work of the nervous system, eliminating mood swings). Such aromas include lavender, oregano, myrrh, rose, mint, jasmine, thyme. So, for example, morning aromas include: pine, geranium, bergamot, mint, cedar, grapefruit. These aromas promote easy awakening, optimism and cheerfulness.

During the day, it is recommended to give preference to the aromas of rosewood, rosemary, eucalyptus, bergamot. These aromas will help maintain your performance, improve productivity and promote good concentration.

In the evening, it is better to give preference to the aromas of ylang-ylang, lavender, patchouli, and rosewood. These aromas will help you relax and calm down.

One or another incense was also endowed with healing and magical properties from ancient times. It was believed that:

The aroma of sandalwood brings calm and relaxation when negative psycho-emotional reactions to stressful situations and conflicts occur.

Bergamot brings money, is responsible for wealth.

Mint brings luck and fortune.

Rose brings love, happiness, harmony.

Lotus was associated with strength, healing, meditation, power.

Incense meant patronage, blessing, associated with courage.

Rosemary was believed to be able to drive away evil spirits, to heal a person.
