Fish recipe "Tika masala fish"
ingredients
2 tbsp. l. of vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, passed through a press
420 g of ready-made tika fish masala sauce (3-4 spoons of fish masala, 1 chopped onion, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 500 g of peeled tomatoes, finely chopped chili, water, salt)
750 g fillet of cod or other dense white fish, cut into large cubes
150 g asparagus beans, peeled and cut in half crosswise
Method of preparation
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Simmer the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes soft.
2. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for another minute, stirring.
3. Put the fish (pre-marinated with lemon, masala, olive oil and salt) and beans into the sauce and simmer for another 8-10 minutes until the fish is ready. Serve with steamed basmati rice.
Expert tip
It is better not to add beans and fish at the same time, beans first, then fish. Since the fish is cut into cubes, its cooking time will be less than that of beans.
A very fragrant seasoning that will give your fish dishes a unique taste and aroma!
