It is recommended to use one or another aroma depending on the time of day. So, for example, morning aromas include: pine, geranium, bergamot, mint, cedar, grapefruit. These aromas contribute to easy awakening, optimism and cheerfulness.
During the day, it is recommended to give preference to the aromas of rosewood, rosemary, eucalyptus, bergamot. These aromas will help maintain your efficiency, improve productivity and promote good concentration.
