What is Chavanprash? How to use it?
Chavanprash is a supplement that was used in India 4000 years ago. It is made from 49 components and minerals,
It is traditionally made from berries, fruits, medicinal herbs, oils, honey, etc.,
Chavanprash should be taken separately from food:
- Adults - 1 tsp. morning and evening, drinking a small amount of warm milk or water (Ayurveda recommends taking this supplement with milk).
- For children: half tsp. in the morning and in the evening, drinking milk.

Traditionally, Chavanprash is taken 15-20 minutes before a meal, with water,green tea or milk. The composition should be taken slowly, in small portions, holding (sucking) in the mouth for 5-10 seconds.
- for adults from 1/2 to 2 teaspoons 2 times a day (in the morning and in the evening) in case of vitamin and mineral deficiency, states of stress or overtiredness, as well as to increase the general resistance of the body, especially during the recovery period
- for children from 4 years: 1/4 to 1 teaspoon 2 times a day, with milk or any other liquid (you can mix Chavanprash in liquid)
- elderly people are recommended to take 1/3 teaspoon of Chavanprash 2-3 times a day
- people with cardiovascular and nervous system pathologies are recommended to start taking only 1/3 teaspoon in the morning, take for 10 days, then add a daily take 1/3 of a teaspoon (10 days) and only then switch to a triple dose
- for chronic diseases and severe infections, you should take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day
- for chronic stomach ulcers, chronic gastritis with increased acidity (in remission), diseases of the central nervous system, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, you should take the elixir after 30-40 minutes after a meal.
Contraindications:
acute diseases or exacerbation of chronic diseases of the kidneys and gastrointestinal tract, digestive disorders, individual intolerance of product components.
During pregnancy, Chavanprash should be used with the usual caution for this condition.
