Method of use: Preparation of the mask
1 tsp. dilute the powder with warm water to a paste consistency. Apply the mixture to the required area of the skin: face, décolleté, hands, scalp, hair, etc. Leave for 15-20 minutes as a mask. Wash with warm water. If necessary, wipe the skin of the face with a tonic and apply a nourishing cream.

Pour 1 tbsp. powder with water (500 ml), bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes. Insist for 3-5 hours. Strain.
preparation of tincture
Pour 1 tbsp. powder with warm water (500 ml) and leave overnight. Strain. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days. Use for washing, wiping the skin of the face, for rinsing the hair after washing.

Bala (Sida Cordifolia) contains the alkaloid rotundifolin, which is very similar in its chemical structure to ephedrine, which gives the standardized herbal extract a pronounced thermogenic effect.
