Only the blossoming flowers are collected by hand before sunrise, and they are not allowed to grow, but are immediately sent for processing.
Composition of rose essential oil
Essential rose oil is a multi-component mixture consisting of a solid part (stearoptene) and a liquid (eleopten) aromatic part. Depending on the method of distillation and the place where the raw material is grown, rose essential oil can vary in color: from pale green to dark yellow. At a low ambient temperature, rose oil acquires a denser consistency, resembling fat. This does not affect its useful properties in any way, as the temperature rises, it will become liquid again.
