How to use:

The oil is intended for external use only. Before use, the oil should be heated by placing the bottle in hot water. Apply to the problem area, lightly massaging, leave on the body for 30-40 minutes, and then wash off with warm water and Ayurvedic soap. As a prevention of joint problems, use for Ayurvedic massage of the whole body (except the head). In the Malayan language (Kerala state), the word "Kottamchukkady" means "kottam". "Kushta medicine", "chukk" means "ginger", and "adi" means "and so on". Tamarindus indica (tamarind tree, Indian date) - grows in the tropical zone of India, and is also cultivated in large quantities. The Tamarind tree is considered the abode of the rain god. Tamarinds are grown mainly for the fruits, which are used as a seasoning, both fresh and dried. Its fruits contain up to 40% sugars, citric, tartaric and lactic acids, as well as vitamins C and A. All parts of the plant have long been widely used in Ayurvedic medicine. The fruits are used as a very mild laxative and in the treatment of diabetes. Tea prepared from the bark of a tree relieves attacks of fever and has astringent properties. Tamarind flowers reduce blood pressure. Parboiled seeds are used to treat nematode, tapeworm and dysentery infections. Tamarind leaves are used in Ayurveda to treat diseases of a fiery nature. This plant is considered a "plant that prolongs life" in India. It contains a powerful cocktail of anti-cancer "ingredients", including antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and, in addition, has an amazing ability to absorb a large amount of minerals from the soil in which it grows. This amazing property is especially important from the point of view of the growth of this species in the lands of the state of Kerala, which contains in its lands the entire set of minerals and microelements needed by humans. According to legends, "the god Vishnu created this land for his residence. This is his paradise on Earth." Contemporary soil research has confirmed this legend, that is, the composition of soils rich in minerals and microelements. Indian mustard is able to accumulate a large amount of minerals (for example, zinc accumulates in the amount of 0.14 mg per 1 g of dry biomass).
