Vata tea - relaxes and soothes, has a warming effect to balance vata dosha. It contains - Devdaru, Balu, Ivain, Jatamansi and Lawang. Devdaru - has the ability to calm Vata, is used for cough, sinusitis, swelling and hiccups. Balu is a well-known plant used as a tonic, diuretic, thirst quencher due to fevers. Lavang - quenches thirst, eliminates nausea and bad breath, promotes digestion and strengthens the functions of digestive juices. Ajwain - acts as a carminative, normalizes appetite and is used to increase the flow of saliva. Useful for syncope, pain, burning in the stomach and urination. Jatamansi - has properties to fight diseases that occur due to exacerbation of tridosha.
Tea relieves feelings of anxiety, fatigue, sleep becomes calm and deep. Better to use in cold, dry weather.

Bala Khareti (Sida cordifolia) (Wh.Pl.) 2.35 g
Black cardamom Bari Elaichi (Amomum subulatum) (Sd.), Pippali roots Pipramool (Piper longum) (Rt.) each 0.4 g each
Clove Lavang (Syzygium aromaticum) (FI) 0.35 g
Dosage
A soothing warm cup of Vata tea 1-2 times a day.
Method of preparation
Pour 1 tsp. l. mixture with a glass of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Drink it warm.
