Manufacturer: Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala. This is one of the best manufacturers of Ayurvedic products. Their cosmetics, drugs and other products reflect both ancient traditional Ayurveda and new modern developments and technologies.
Kottakal (Arya Vaidya Sala, ABC) is a charitable organization that has been practicing and promoting Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of health, for more than 100 years. Kottakal adheres to classical Ayurvedic preparations and ancient types of Ayurvedic treatment and therapy for patients both throughout India and abroad.
Arya Vaidya Sala was opened in Kottakal (Kerala state) in 1092 by the healer and philanthropist Vaidyaratnam P.S. Varrier. He started his activity with a village clinic, which gradually grew into a huge multifunctional organization. ABC has opened Ayurvedic hospitals in Kottakal, Deli, Kochi and Aluva - in all these places, all classical types of Ayurvedic treatment and therapy are used, and you can also get expert consultations there. There are three modern pharmaceutical factories equipped with quality control laboratories under the management of ABC. At these plants, more than 550 preparations are produced according to classic and modern formulas. These drugs are available to patients in 27 clinics - divisions of the ABC. On the territory of India, ABC has 1,600 dealers, through whom it is also possible to obtain Ayurvedic products.
In addition to production activities, ABC is engaged in research activities, publishing Ayurvedic journals and books, cultivation of medicinal herbs, and conducting training programs. ABC also supports the Kathakali Academy, a theater of Indian classical Kathakali dance. Performances and training in ancient art are held there.
In the charity hospital, which is located in Kottakal, treatment is provided for patients who do not have funds. This treatment is both Ayurvedic and allopathic. The poor are provided with free accommodation, treatment and food. In addition, this hospital is engaged in clinical research activities in the field of cancer treatment and the identification of new treatment methods.
Getting into ABC hospitals is not so easy - both Indians and Europeans can spend about a year in queues without being shown for urgent treatment. There is such a great demand for treatment in the clinics of this company. However, you can buy "Kottakal Ayurveda" products without waiting in line - and be sure of their effectiveness.
