A powerful antioxidant, good for improving memory, perception and attention, removes lack of concentration, fatigue, even helps with senile dementia.
This is a good diuretic, stimulant, warming, antispasmodic, carminative, expectorant, anticonvulsant, anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, cleansing, blood circulation-improving agent. Method of use: Recommended in sufficient quantities for massage and self-massage. Apply slightly warmed Jyotishmati (Malkanguni) Oil (Jyotishmati (Malkanguni) Oil) to the whole body, head or problem area and massage for some time. After the massage, leave the oil on the body for 30 minutes, then wash off the rest of the oil with the Ayurvedic powder Snana churnam and warm water.
Inside: 5 - 15 drops of oil should be taken with milk or as recommended by an Ayurvedic specialist.
