Mandishtadi Thailam is an Ayurvedic oil for external use. It balances vata and pitta doshas. The herbs used in this Ayurvedic oil have been used since ancient times due to their anti-inflammatory, anti-stress, soothing properties, which are indicated for almost all skin diseases. Mandishtadi Tailam also helps to calm the nervous system. Massage with this oil is very effective for relieving headaches and mental stress, even quite effective for dizziness.
Method of use:
The oil is intended for external use only. Before use, the oil should be heated by placing the bottle in hot water. Apply to the problem area, lightly massaging, leave on the body for 30-40 minutes, and then wash off with warm water and Ayurvedic soap. As a prevention of joint problems, use for Ayurvedic massage of the whole body (except the head). After the general massage, leave it on the body for 30 minutes, and then wash it off with warm water and Ayurvedic soap.
