Nutmeg is also obtained from nutmeg, just like nutmeg, but it has nothing to do with flowers. This is the so-called arillus, or seed coat - a thin juicy bright red film surrounding the seed with a mesh of slits, resembling petals. The undamaged nutmeg color is most valued, and in order to obtain it, the nut is carefully squeezed out of the seed pod, dried in the sun, flattened, and then dried on bamboo mats. 

    Sometimes they can complement each other. Nutmeg is a rarer spice than nutmeg, and therefore is valued more expensively.

    Nutmeg is usually added at the end of cooking or just before serving. Very good for flavoring sweets, desserts, jams and jams. Ego is added to pastries, cream and fillings.
