Shadbindu oil is a mixture of herbs infused with sesame oil. This combination of herbs in combination with sesame oil has a great effect on the sinuses of the nose, removing excess mucus, relieving inflammatory processes, swelling and headaches associated with excess mucus in the upper respiratory tract.
The preventive and treatment course when using Shadbindu oil should be at least 2-3 weeks, and sometimes more, depending on the severity of the disease. At the same time, a diet that calms Kapha (mucus) is recommended - this is dry, warm food, warming spices (pippala, black pepper, ginger, trikatu, turmeric, and others), bitter tastes, greens, honey, and ginger tea. It is necessary to exclude slime-forming products from the diet - sugar, yeast dough, milk. Externally, it is good to use aromatic oils - eucalyptus and rosemary, limit the consumption of all types of vegetable and animal oils, with the exception of corn and mustard.
Be sure to restore the fire of digestion (Tricatu or hot spices), monitor the cleanliness of the intestines (use Triphala), and for a faster effect, you can use good lung tonics - Chavanprash, Agastya Haritaki, Vasavalekha, Monika Avalekha and others.
