Composition of rose essential oil
Essential rose oil is a multi-component mixture consisting of a solid part (stearoptene) and a liquid (eleopten) aromatic part. Depending on the method of distillation and the place where the raw material is grown, rose essential oil can vary in color: from pale green to dark yellow. At a low ambient temperature, rose oil acquires a denser consistency, resembling fat. This does not affect its beneficial properties in any way, as the temperature rises, it will regain its liquid state.
