Marma Gulika is a drug used in the Ayurvedic treatment of diseases of Marma sites - vital organs, namely diseases related to the heart, brain, reproductive system, etc. d. It is also used to treat external damage to the body.
Influence on Tridosha - balances Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
Dosage of Marma Gulika: 1-2 tablets once or twice a day, not combined with meals (as directed by an Ayurvedic consultant).
In addition to being taken orally, tablets can be applied as a paste and used to treat the body in case of injuries.
It is taken together with a decoction of caraway seeds when the marmas are excited, with hot water for infectious diseases and with coconut milk for problems with the gastrointestinal tract and genitourinary system.
Valia Marma Gulyka can be taken for 2-4 months.
